Coremont Clarion Design System
View Clarion Design System case study
Design lead. A reusable component library for Coremont's portfolio management software, used by hedge funds and asset managers across fixed income, currencies, equities and commodities. The Clarion UI Kit launched in October 2022 to replace inline CSS with a single source for every UI primitive across the product. The work was structured as three milestones: Foundations (colour palette, typography, icon primitives), Clarion Kit components (roughly forty-five components across eight groups), and Dark theme (an audit that proved the token layer was real). A documentation site, Clarion docs, was shipped alongside the kit, written for clients rather than the team.

Unilever Digital Standards
View Unilever Digital Standards case study
Sole UX & UI designer. A mandated extranet putting 127 global web standards in reach of Unilever's brand teams and partner agencies, redesigned mobile-first from research. Methods included heuristic evaluation, personas, online surveys, and user testing. Five user roles were identified (Designer, User Experience, Platform, Content Editor, Developer), all following the same process, so one persona was elaborated in depth. The redesign reorganised standards around findability: role tiles, filters by function and type, and a mobile-first layout.
MEA Mobile App Redesign
View MEA Mobile App Redesign case study
Sole UX & UI designer. A usability study of Middle East Airlines' booking app, run with the international travellers the airline wants to win, and a redesign built from what it found. A one-shot usability study using the Common Industry Format (CIF) with five western travellers aged 25-40. All five completed the booking; every one struggled to select a seat. The redesign moved flight details, cabin class and seat selection into one continuous flow.
